-Learn how to safely get back into the activities you enjoy.
-Feel confident in lifting weights or just lifting baby!
-One on one consult with your pregnancy and postpartum coach
-Time to chat about the highs and lows of postpartum and motherhood.
-Journal prompts for positive body image and how far you have come! (hello you just made a human!)
-Guidance for next steps after this class.
