Tues/Thurs 6pm-7pm

RMF CrossFit


Is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and the movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Rebel Mel's Fitness will be offering multiple classes and open gym throughout the day. Check our online schedule for class times and more.  




 56Fitt is a 8 week nutrition, exercise and weight loss program.
