We missed our First Responders month in March so RMF is making it up in October woot woot.
All First Responders & their families are welcome to RMF for the whole month of October FREE, this includes kids fit, crossfit, open gym and studio classes.

As you may have heard, Snohomish County is now in Phase 2 of the State’s reopening plan.
During this Phase, we are only allowed five students and one instructor in each class with a 30% capacity.
We know you are anxious to get back and so are we!
However, we hope you understand that with such limited spots in each class not everyone is going to be able to join us during this three-week Phase. (Class size increases in Phase 3.) If your class time is full please add yourself to the wait list or hit up our open gym too!
Plus, because it is going to take some time to re-grow our once strong (and amazing) membership base, our class schedule has been reduced as well. We are committed to re-opening safely and in a financially responsible manner so we are able to continue to offer classes to our communities for years to come.
As members come back, classes will come back too.
Our front desk will be running limited hours so please feel free to email Mels at firstname.lastname@example.org or Janna at Janna.email@example.com with any questions you may have with schedules, accounts or to say hi.

* Your registration can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the start of class with no penalty.
* If you ‘no-show’ for a class, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $10 or one class from your class pass.
* Due to limited class sizes, if you are not at RMF five minutes to the start of class, your spot may be given to the next person on the waiting list.

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 12-18. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught to enhance strength and power under the watchful eye of our CrossFit trainers and group instructors . We also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
Our program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
In addition, we aim to boost self-esteem and confidence within our teens. We strive to give them the strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym. With workouts that are scalable for all individuals, CrossFit Teens can equally benefit both the accomplished athlete as well as the less active individual.
If your teenager is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. If your teen is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to help them establish healthy lifestyle habits, and convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active, prolific one.
CrossFit Teens not only teaches teenagers how to work out, it teaches them the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication, and motivation. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, Our CrossFit Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.
