Welcome to the postpartum return to fitness class! This class is for you if you are 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum are just starting back to fitness and are wanting to get back to all the weights, running, or other movements you love to do!

FAQS
-Is there childcare?
Currently, we do not have a childcare worker lined up, but that is something that can be worked out if there is high interest. At Rebel Mels Fitness we have a corralled area for little toddlers to hang and play with toys. Older kiddos are welcome to sit on the couch or at the island and do schoolwork, tablets, color, etc. Infants are welcome to be by mom in the stroller or a seat. We are a family friendly gym! The only thing we ask is that all kids stay off the black mats of the working out area for their safety.
-I don't do CrossFit, is this for me?
YES! Although lots of basic movements are "CrossFit" like we will not be pushing you to that intensity at all. We will be starting slow and building back intentional movement and then adding intensity if you so like.
-I did not workout my whole pregnancy, should I still join?
YES! We are starting with the very very basics. No matter how "fit" you are all bodies are starting back the same post partum.
-I had a c-section, but am still wanting to rehab correctly postpartum.
Absolutely come hang out with us! Just because baby came out different doesn't mean you don't need to rehab your core and take it slow getting back to fitness. This class is for you!
-Does this include access to Rebel Mels Fitness classes?
No. This is a standalone program because we want you to increase intensity slowly over the 6 week period.

When the lights go off and music starts bumping you know you've started a cycle class. This hour-long class is easy on the joints, makes you sweat and occasionally sing along!
Bootcamp is a fun way to challenge yourself with a variety of exercise formats and movements. You never know if you'll have stations, amrap's, your own weights or a 5k.. the great thing about this class is you can record and track your workouts in our app!!
