Our Focus:
-proper and safe strength training techniques for the postpartum body
-Incontinence with working out
-ab separation (diastasis) and how to work out properly while healing it
-Techniques to navigate working out with pelvic organ prolapse
What you get:
-6 weeks/12 workouts $400
-Includes 1 personal training session and 1 month FREE unlimited gym access
-$50 deposit required to hold your spot
-Remainder of the payment due by June 23rd
-Babies 12 months and under are welcome to join their mama.
-Please let us know if childcare for your older children is something you are interested in.

Bootcamp is a fun way to challenge yourself with a variety of exercise formats and movements. You never know if you'll have stations, amrap's, your own weights or a 5k.. the great thing about this class is you can record and track your workouts in our app!!
Everyone has their own idea what "CrossFit" is to them or what they've seen on tv. At Rebel Mels our CrossFit classes are coached by the best which allow every member to modify their workouts to match their abilities and or goals. Typically we have strength workout then followed by another workout with multiple movements
Aeroflex is an ultra workout combining free weight training with cardiovascular and flexibility
conditioning for a complete cross-training program resulting in more comprehensive fitness. The
