56Fitt is a 8 week Nutrition, Exercise and weight-loss program. 56Fitt was developed and designed by two skilled and creative women, Holly McVey and Melanie Smith. Together they have over 14 years in the fitness industry training clients, coaching and managing multiple gyms. What they bring to you, the athlete, is their knowledge, dedication and continued support to help you reach your goals on your fitness journey.

Being healthy is hard on your own, we are here to support you in any way we can in and out of the gym. We offer supervised childcare for our 10am and Saturday classes. Of course the more the merrier so please shoot us a text or email if you or a friend wants to drop in!

56Fitt Spring 2018 saw huge weight, inches, and body fat loss from nearly all athletes! With 10 athletes losing over 10 pounds it was hard to decide on the overall 56Fitt Champ.
Oliva was new to 56Fitt this round and showed true dedication to the program. She lost 21 pounds, 7% body fat, and 15.75 inches. I am proud to announce Oliva never missed a day, she followed a strict meal plan, and commited herself to busting ass during each and every workout. With a 30 minute commute to Monroe, husband deployed, and being a working mother- Oliva had every excuse to not succeed. She did not let that slow her down. Congratulations, Girl! Your coaches would also like to do a shoutout to the 4 athletes who were chasing down Oliva for the win. Eva lost 14 pounds, Chrissy lost 13 pounds, Cathy lost 13.7 pounds, and Racheal Lamar lost 8.7 pounds. These four athletes also improved their workout reps, lost body fat, showed dedication to the program, and kept their attitudes positive throughout the eight weeks.
