Together they have over 14 years in the fitness industry training clients, coaching and managing multiple gyms. Today I finished an 8 week boot camp session with Rebel Mels Fitness. Was it difficult? Yes! Was I sore? Everyday! Was it worth it? Definitely! I feel stronger, healthier and more empowered!

This morning I had tears of joy and a fierce feeling of accomplishment. 8 months ago I could barely lift myself out of bed post-chemo treatment and TODAY I freaking did this Rebel Mels Fitness Bootcamp workout and lifted this tire 10 times!! You guys, WE CAN ALL DO HARD THINGS. 💗 Our bodies are amazing and our mindset is truly how we can accomplish all the things. Ladies, did you know women who regularly engage in exercise have a statistically significant lower risk (up to 60% reduction) of developing breast cancer compared to women with low levels of activity. 💗 Admittedly, pre-diagnosis, I was a sporadic exerciser. I could easily pick it up when I could and then go days without a workout. You better believe exercise is an important part of my journey now; it’s a big part of my mental, emotional, and physical well-being. What a beautiful model for my children...to know that taking care of YOU means taking care of your WHOLE body. Start with 30 minutes of walking a day. You owe it to your health, to YOU, your family, and to your future. 💗
