56Fitt is a 8 week Nutrition, Exercise and weight-loss program. 56Fitt was developed and designed by two skilled and creative women, Holly McVey and Melanie Smith. Together they have over 14 years in the fitness industry training clients, coaching and managing multiple gyms. What they bring to you, the athlete, is their knowledge, dedication and continued support to help you reach your goals on your fitness journey.

Our winner for the Summer 2019 56Fitt program has been with us for quite awhile! She wasn’t new to working out or eating healthy. Which can sometimes make achieving those major changes difficult.
